Colour Mixing for Watercolour
Sep 24 & Oct 1
Learn to mix velvet blacks, rich reds, luminous browns, and all the colours in-between. This informative, interactive workshop will cover basic to advanced colour mixing for the unique properties of watercolour paint. Students will learn to mix with complementary colour pairings and create a full range of colours with a limited palette. Gaining a better understanding of the colour wheel will help you create clean, luminous watercolours without the “mud.” Detailed notes packages will be provided and all demonstrations will be recorded for students’ future review.
