Online Florals & Negative Painting

Follow Jennifer through the negative painting process to create a looser floral painting based on beautiful peonies and summer favourites. Learn to create layered petals, leaves and stems. Achieve effective, loose backgrounds with character and spontaneity. Work with negative painting to create multiple layers of depth. Jennifer will show you how to let your colour flow outside the shapes for gorgeous wet-in-wet effects. A single project will span the 2 day workshop.

Jennifer demonstrates all the steps and techniques for a completed floral painting. The high definition recordings show a clear bird’s-eye view of the demonstrations recorded in a live class setting. Participants can watch the steps over as many times as they like and pause the recording while they paint. The wealth of information presented is sure to improve your future floral watercolours!

The online Florals & Negative Painting class includes a digital reference photo, supply list, detailed notes packages, colour mixing chart, colour mixing video, and 2 x 2 hour (approx.) high definition demonstration recordings with all the steps for the projects.
